and yes it was repainted. Its not really NBP anymore as my buddy used a different and darker black.
I plan on upgrading my rotors and pads next. probably going to go with this deal:

haha had 35% then limo tint on the front as before if you look at my older pictures. After 3 fix it tickets, 1 fine, and the 5th ticket being a point on my record i gave up lol. spent well over $800 on tints and tickets here in L.A.
I'm going to try and wait for them to settle before i do any adjusting. Someone told me it takes about 500-600 miles for them to settle. The front has a 1 finger gap and the back has 0.5 finger gap if that makes sense and the front still looks lower to me in person.
Thanks Everyone Else for the comments. Keep 'em coming!

nice, im going do this next week, and cut it more to make it fit my jdm bumper.
One thing i sugesst is to get sand paper and smooth out the straight edge where u cut the fins. it look alot better, and flow with the curve/roundness of the top part of the kit.
for the sides just put a curve on the inside of the fin part. (so it doesnt look like a straight edge. and plus smooth out the rest of the part where the fin used to be)
and either tint the front windows or take the whole tint off. it will flow with the car alot better.
other then that looking good!

I'm a thrill seeker in my
A fantastic improvement from previous efforts. I love how you're rocking the WW kit without the fins. I honestly can't think of another member who gave it a go that way, but it shows how that kit can be a brilliant option for members unable to source an OEM kit.
Your car is looking a lot cleaner and sexier than it was before and with the minor improvements mentioned by other members you'll be on point. I also agree that you could go lower. I'm at roughly the same height as you but the roads where I live are literally the worst (ie: 1 million potholes appear and are fixed every spring), so I don't want to be much lower. In your case I would certainly tuck a little and space out the rear wheels.
Keep that newer paint look fresh as well (take a look in the Wash & Wax section).
One last thing, I'd say rock some fogs as well and maybe some Honda access visors.

Alternatively you could get the JDM bumper which is what i might be trying to get soon, that has fogs that look 100x better!

Alexh1266 - I have been prowling these threads for a bit now, since I see that you cut the fins like I planned to do, why not finally post!!
My question is, the wings west kit says it fits from 99-03. What year is your car? Am I mistaken or is the 02-03 bumpers different from 99-01? I play to put it on an 03 non S model.
Any input drom you or any other members would be greatly appreciated!

My car is a 00. 99-01 have different bumpers than 02-03.
It should fit your 03, but the oem would look alot better on your bumper. Good luck to you

WW front lip WILL fit 03 TLS... make sure you put a few extra screws in it and use 3M tape to avoid ripping it off if you are lowered...I have ripped mine off twice already on my 03...
