LOL, I was about to tell you that your rotors were on backwards, but apparently Rotora does theirs backwards. You can mount them with the slots going the other way to increase the life of the rotors and pads. They tell you to mount them the way you have them, but you can't really feel a difference between the two with normal street driving. Only when you go to the track will you be able to tell the difference, once the brakes get heated up. IMO, if you have the time, you should switch them around to make them last longer and make the pads last longer too.

So just to get things straight, having the slots like this "/" cause the rotor and pad to wear down quicker, but provide better braking?
When the slots face like this"\" the rotor and pad life is longer? I guess im gonna install mine this way since I dont really run the car hard and as long as it stops better with this configuration over the OEM one, i'd be happy.

Brandon, do you happen to have a shot of your car from the rear with the rearview camera placement shown?? I have one that I plan to hook up soon, but am stuck with where to mount it. I have seen others with it installed in the upper portion of the license plate, with a part of the actual plate cut out.

Just picture your wheel well when the car is in motion. When you hit the brakes, the pads press down on the rotor to stop you. With the rotor and wheel traveling forward, the "\" cuts into the pad as opposed to the other way "/" where the slot kind of flows and travels well with the pad. I know this isn't a very good explanation, but do a search and you will find a thread somewhere about this, as I was reading it the other night.

Sorry to Hi-Jack. But I saw your brother today(Red NSX with gold Volks) and his friend (Black NSX) on route 7 today. Tried to get their attention but they were speed racering it all the way to the light. How come you never roll with them?
