Nice. My cousin who owns a body shop has been trying to talk me into doing a slight, small scoop towards the driver side of the hood. I know he can make it look good & does quality work but I'm just not so sure about. Can you photoshop a NBP TL-S with a hood scoop on your spare time for me?

trouble with putting a real scoop on your TL is avoiding the tractorpull look. maybe get the V-shaped flushscoop.

mmmm, tractor pulls are all the rage in Kentucky...

are scoops rice? I see scoops more as an american-type craze... muscle cars. sure, the Japanese rallycross cars all have scoops or snorkles, but that's another matter entirely.

don't make it look so much like a scoop just have nice twin indents on the hood more towards the front.

ya but if you make it 1/4 of that width the curve in the hood doesnt need to be like a skateramp.....like those but not 2 piece though just two little 1/4 slits about 8 inches long on the front of the hood like those inverted ones.

I actually think it looks pretty cool, maybe if it was a little furthur up toward the windshield it might look better. Kinda like a subaru

I really like these ones but i still find them a lil big...if the space was half as big you'd be able to start curbing the hood much closer to the actual scoop giving it a more natural look. Im thinkin more like 1/4 inch up two 3/8 at the max.

im talking about how well he did the chopped, how it flows with the hood lines...you wanted a charger hood scoop on it, and wasnt that your first choice in mods too? .........

and as far as the mod goes it was for heat in the engine bay.....personally i think those scoops look alot better then gutting the whole top of the hood and wiper part.....and its probably way the funk more effective.

to tell you the truth its not really that bad haha but what i can figure out is the vents only go back words so like the hot air goes towards the windshield but no hood scoop to let cold air travel and i guess help push the hot air out but it does help with engine temps lol

and idk might look too aggressive the harsh thing about vented hoods is tht unless the car looks aggressive its hard to pull off when my car was stock just drop and this hood it looked kinda ricer haha i dont think i even had rims on at the time lol i ended up having to garage it too to some vandalism

jon is right. too aggressive for a 4-door luxury sedan.

2-door scoops/vents = hot sex
