just some pics of my tl-s

well this is the first time i posted pics of my TL-S on here... only mods are oem spoiler, oem body kit, HID fogs, blitzsafe ipod adaptor, and a 12'' pioneer premier sub + power acoustik amp.

(n if u look closely at the last one you can see me being too lazy to bend down to take a lower shot so im just holding the camera low :-P)

EDIT: haha n if the question ever does come up ... no i dont have any comptech parts in my tl-s yet ... they just came with the car and i like the plate in a frame rather than just by itself haha.. but soon enough the comptech mods will be put in :-)

Looks great!

How does the Pioneer 12 sound? I'm thinking about adding a single 12. Was it a pain to wire it in to the stock deck?

haha thanks for all the compliments guys... yeah i took the net from my step-moms mdx and just hooked it around the box to keep it from moving until i get the rest of the system complete.. da illezt TL from these forums' friend is going to be finishing off my system for me in the next week or so (alpine cda 9856 h/u).. pioneer gm6200f 4 channel amp, mb quart components, and mb quart mids)... springs are def one of the next if not the next mod... need to go inexpensive though, and i dont really want any issues with bottoming out (so any suggestions would be great) other 2 mods considering are nice set of inexpensive headers (if that exists lol), and a comptech icebox intake so those plate frames will actually mean something :-P...

as for laidback93's question... i didnt wire it myself i had a professional do it so i cant personally answer that... but the sub hits real nice and if you dont like to bump your music too loud you wont have a problem... but the stock speakers just dont do it for me personally... they distort a bit just enough to be annoying to me at 75% volume and higher .. (i like my music loud haha)... anyway thanks again for the compliments.. this is my baby so im trying to keep her as clean as possible

by the way if you look in the far right hand corner of the 1st pic in the distance is an 05 tl :-)

haha thanks for the compliment... if u got the oem kit on your car post pics i wanna see how the tips look with it..... anyway .. i had just used some turtle wax on it about a month ago and it came out good in my opinion, but im not an expert... apparently its discouraged by people on here... anyway im still getting familiar with taking care of the car and all since this is my 1st really nice car haha... so i dont know much about it yet, but i basically just washed it with turtle wax soap before i took these pics.... im gonna have to try out zaino products and all that but in the mean time my cars lookin clean with what im using now (i wash it just about every friday morning cuz thats my day off from school lol ) anyway i appreciate the love... p.s. i wanna try to make it to a meet soon and check out everyone else's rides from around here

LMAO at the "sub mount". I was doing something similar until I got some really strong double sided adhesive at Sears and put a little piece on each corner of my box. My sub hasn't moved an inch since I did that roughly a year ago.

^^^ haha thanks for the compliment, but yeah im not feeling the net either ... just a temporary solution... i originally was hoping the weight of the 2 subs would prevent it from sliding around.. i was an idiot for not realizing acceleration would move it... so i told the person installing to not worry about it.. but yeah that will be fixed, and ill post pics of my next mod(s) which should be a mesh upper and lower grill and cleared and possibly blacked out headlights... then probably tint.... and repairing my worn out drivers seat leather... then on to the performance :-)
