the car was described as being in excellent condition. (hahahah its totally not. there are actually quite a few things wrong with it, including a "$5000" paint job that looks like shit) but anyways these screens were being sold for $250 by the original owner and this is how they came along with botched wiring.
Still trying to figure out how to fix the mounting on the drivers side screen with out ripping everything out. superglue maybe?

ill see what i can do when i get the car back. you can actually push the top in to make it flush and it will stay like that for about 2 seconds, but im hoping i dont have to take the screen out, because only god knows how it was mounted in there in the first place.

you can kinda see from this picture:
if you look in this picture (see the red wiring on the passenger side?)
the wiring then exits down the bottom of the seat and runs thru the center console to the radio.
in the next picture you can see on the bottom of the drivers side seat a black tube (thats where the wiring runs through)
