I bought a motorized hideaway plate so I can get rid of that UGLY Yellow NJ plate from my beautiful front bumper on my NBP paint, a guy I know installs them for $300. Since our bumpers are shaped like an eyebrow, the center is the only place to mount it, (Well for my 07 TL S atleast)

It is powered by a remote within the car or you can walk outside with it. I faced the antenna towards the driver seat so if officer New Jersey says wheres your plate, Ill be like, its there sir, maybe you should take a 2nd look

I had the non-motorized one and I got pulled over because I forgot to put it back up after I washed and I wish I had the motorized one so I couldve made the cop feel like an idiot.

haha slick, and i do agree nj has the most nasty plate color....here in ontario atleast its white bg/blue lettering.

 

New York is about to have the worst IMO.

 

I like the oj plates, they look European. The blue on white that we have in Ontario are kind of bland imo.

 

this is what mine looks like in my driveway...it just grazes it...but when im driving with the plate down my plate scrapes sometimes...i tried to use a blue sharpie to sharpie it in but it just gets scratched off lol

Pretty damn cleaver............ I never will and never had front plates on any of my cars. Just tell them some punk kid ripped off your Mugen Plate holder. Works every time. I have been pulled over for it though. lol

 

Same here, the cops here just use the "no front plate" law to have an excuse to stop some cars, I've been stopped 4 times in the past month and all they did was check my license and let me go.

 

I would get that sneeky machine, but we don't have front license plates...just the rear

 

minus the blue on top, that looks like our old plates up in alaska..

our newest plates that came out this year in texas are pretty detailed.. i kinda liked our older plain ones though..
