Yes, this meet was really fun. Nice to meet all the TL and CL guys on the Island. I got to see my first CLS 6-Speed up close and the shifter is really nice and short. It's always nice to see TL/CL on big 19" rims as well
The Black Legend Coupe shown in the picture was 1 of 3 original 6-Speed manuals (Yes, I did say 6-Speed manual ) that was sold in Hawaii. There are probably about 4-5 of them in Hawaii now as some people brought a few from the mainland, but it still is a rare car nationally. There are probably more Integra Type Rs than 6-Speed Legends in the nation. In Hawaii, there are more NSXs than 6-Speed Legends. Anyway. I personally think the Legend needs larger rims. Those are 17" rims, but it could use some 18" or 19", especially after sitting next to all the TL/CL's with 18s and 19s :wow:
To all the Hawaii guys, thanks. It was fun. We should do it again sometime in the future.
