I have the table ready, Just need to test fit the car and make a side bracket piece or redesign the current lay out.

How many people are interested ? feel free to post on my blog at vipdout.com and post on "the line up"

Once the table is fitted and if the template I have is ready I have 4 leather wrapped ones ready to go

Got great news, I was in Socal and was able to test fit my table in one of the cleanest 99 TLs in town. Michael let me test fit and the design works perfect.

I would need to make a slight change to one of the side brackets and it will work great.

So If anyone was interested please email me

Wouldn't this interfere with the airbag in the event of a crash?

Not trying to rag on you, but looking at the position of the table from the first pic on page one, it seems like if the airbag were to go off, it would force the table to snap off and fly down into a certain body part that should be protected at all costs, if you know what I mean, haha.

How would you work around this?

I love the VIP style, and how it seemingly throws practicality out the window, but you gotta draw the line somewhere, right?

Only workaround I can think of is disconnecting the airbag, but then if you get into a crash you'll be thrown face-forward into the tray.

So... dickless or faceless... Tough choice...

yeah it is my car.. my bad james for not putting it up. I just wanted a good amount of good pictures to make a thread.

but for you guys interested, I've had it for about a month now and it looks sick! have had no problems with it at all. the fitment is great and fits around the curves of dashboard perfectly! Also it can handle weight, I've put in a bottle of Grey goose and didnt bend or sag down at all. Also I keep a water bottle while I drive and no problems. I daily the car and there aren't any heat issues either.

Also some of the pictures make the table look dark, but this one actually is really close to the same shade as the wood grain interior we have.
