Finally Kit Installed!!!
Finally got my Kit painted to my car. so my TL is almost complete. All i need is a M3 Lip for the trunk and im pretty much done for the outside. Next would be my exhaust. either Neuspeed or Apexi. so thoughs would most likely be my final mods. let me know what you think. j

Jared, WOW. That's all I can say.. I'm in the middle of paying for my future kit myself.. you know how it goes.. payment plan!! LOL Nice though, one day, if there's a meet over where you are, I might be there and we'll make a photoshoot.. I'll be driving to CA anyway sometime this summer

looks great, nice and clean. as for exhaust, i suggest apexi because there has been problems with the neuspeed (the finish flaking off and peeling) while there have been zero problems with the apexi. i also love mine

Hey thanks for the comps guys. when i put the kit on the other day i was like whoa!!! haha. it really sets it off.
yeah joe i know how it is. took me about over a year to get this kit painted and on there it was sitting in my garage collecting dust. yeah when you are out here or when anyone is out here we need to get together cause theres not much people in vegas who mod there TLs. even though everyone has one.
calipers are actually gold. looks orange but its actually gold like the brembo STi. i wanted to be different.
as for the exhaust. the finish started to chip?? how can stainless chip?? i know the apexi is a pretty good exhaust just i wish is was full stainless for the price. the neuspeed is like $50 more for a full stainless system. i know a lot of people dont run neuspeed but thats the next best exhaust in stainless that will not rape you on your wallet. but if you can post some pics on the chiping of the neuspeed that would be awsome. i dont think stainless can chip?? comptech is sweet but too expensive for my taste!! plus my stock b-pipe looks like hell. so i need to replace the whole system for now.

Yup. the M3 lip is the next and last on my exterior mods. Going to get that very soon.
As for the tint. yup its 5% all around. i was going to get the windsheild 50% yeah 50% its very very slight but it makes a huge difference especially in vegas heat and sun. but i decided not too since the cops already look at my car when its super ass hot outside with my ac on. Plus they cant pull you over here just for tint. they usually dont bother.

The Tanabe is sweet. i know that exhaust is nice but man for 800 its crazy. i can barely afford the apexi. haha. but the price all went up so its like almost 600 now for that exhaust. thats why i was leaning towards the neuspeed cause it full stainless for 600. the tanabe i found it at like 7ish or so. as for the neuspeed i have not heard any complaints on them??? ill do a search but i heard nothing wrong with the neuspeed finish i mean its all stainless. nothing can chip on stainless. haha. thanks for the comps guys. appreciate it.

As for the exhaust is it just that billet tip insert??? i bet its probably they clear coat thats peeling off due to the heat. If thats the case then i would probably just take that piece out and polish sand off the clear coat and polish. If its the whole stainless tip then something is wrong. stainless does not chip unless the system is dipped in chrome. but im not sure due to ive never seen the pics of the neuspeed exhaust with the tip peeling. if some one can post up the pics of there neuspeed peeling i could see whats is the defect. But overall i would love to have that exhaust
The apexi is nice but i like the way the neuspeed mufflers sit back more. so it looks more OEM style. The apexi mufflers are like right there at the lip. but i seen and heard a TL here in vegas with it on it was a black type S with the exhaust. The tips look very small for some odd reason maybe cause everyone here has the kit on. but it looks so small compared to the muffler size. but sounds sweet though. im going to keep the apexi in mind but i think im leaning towards the neuspeed !!! the chipping thing i can always fix cause its metal!!! you can powder coat it or even polish it. the tip is a billet insert while the tip itself is stainless. so thats why it could be hard to take out after you run the system so long cause the metal has different contraction rates and would eventually seal itself. but well see. thats my next future mod. mY EXHAUST!!!LOL

I bought the full kit used from florida off the acura/honda forum member. for $400 shipped in NBP. yeah i got a steal on it. it was $300 to paint so complete $700 total for the kit. i have a good hook up in vegas for painting so usually it would cost roughly 400ish. you can try and find the kit on here used but brand new i think there is scattered painted piece still availble but you might have to paint some of the peices if they dont have it in antricite. but i got my kit for $700. thanks for the comps..!!!
