Final pix... Time to say farewell

Took some night pix on the weekend... Going to be moving into a new ride. For the first time since 1989 I will not be driving an Acura. Enjoy

PS. There will be a part out soon so keep your eyes peeled.

And the new ride...2008 Audi A4 Avant S-Line 3.2 Quattro

Sad to see the TL go. Are you selling it private party or trading it in?

Nice TL...but like your sig says: "Old enough to know better... Young enough to do it again..." I used to drive and Audi as well, and that thing broke down on me ALL THE TIME. Funny thing is, I still miss my A4! I don't know what it is, but I sometimes think about driving another Audi. I hope your car stays running!

Sorry to see a member of the family leave, ... but even though the Audi is a fun car to drive, I have never met an owner that made it past 50k miles without something going wrong.... seem to be problematic cars... but have fun in the short term and look to sell it in the long term... hahaha

Man, it seems like a whole bunch of people are getting rid of their TLs in the last 2 weeks! Oh well, have fun with the new ride! My only question, why a wagon???

Euro wagons are the bomb! Pure Euro flavor. After seeing an A5 on the road the other day, Audi is growing on me.

thanks for the comments, I'll take my chances with the Audi, all cars have their problems IMO.

ChrisQ1980 - sold to a private party as soon as I get the Audi

Fyre Man - I work in the west end

007TL-S - I wanted the S4 Avant but with gas prices the way they are the V8 isn't really practical

MurdaZ - too busy bro can't do

AMGala - I wanted a little more cargo area but didn't want to move into an SUV, plus its a 3.2 with pretty much the same output as the TL-S and its a 6speed MT

Gotcha. If I ever had to buy a wagon, it'd either be an Audi or a Subaru LGT. Are you planning on modding it or keeping it stock?

my budy as a audi, go to DTM Auto House web site so you can get some ideas for your mods, not sure what the web address is but if you google it you can find it.

about the gas mielege thing it doesn't look too good at all, 15/25.

the engine is a 3.1L with 255hp, not bad but you could of gotten a 08 TL-S for less money, faster, more economical, ect.

but w/e floats your boat...i have a feeling that you will be back to acura soon haha

btw the compression ratio of that motor is insanely high: 12.5:1...you're gonna need the highest octane fuel you can find.

Fyre Man - not too extreme... the usual stuff, exhaust, suspension, intake.

vincethe1 - the way I look at it, I'm getting out of the sedan weather I like it or not so it either a V8 full size truck, an SUV or a wagon, I opted for the wagon cause the Audis are simply hot wagons. I'll be using Sunoco 94 Gold. If gas prices weren't so bad I'd be getting the S4 Avant with the V8 instead.

rpsouthsider - As you can imagine I've had requests for some of the parts and will keep you in mind.

NoLimitDeC - WOW! Never thought my car would be anyones desktop but mine.
Thanks bro.

Thanks for the comments guys
