farewell wheel gap!

finally finished lowering my car yesterday. took about 5 hours it was my first time and i had help from a few of my homies. it was fun and i learned a lot about the suspension in the process. as soon as it was done and i was turning to go out the driveway the fender clips ripped off the front. and i rub like crazy in the front.

the fronts are reallllyyy low but i feel like i can go more low in the rear. i was planning on getting an alignment but if i adjust in the rear after id probably need to get another one so i dont know if i should wait?

What do you guys think?

Looks raked, need to lower the rear or raise the front. Always get an alignment after any height adjustment if you want good tire wear.

Wow that's a lot of wheel tuck. Too much for my taste.

Some aggressive wheels should fix that though.

Pretty low homie. Yeah took me about the same time. Trimmed any plastic? I had to and im not even as low as you are.
I would wait to get the alignment done til after you have the desired height.

I didnt trim my tabs yet but im going to get rid of most of the fender liner and im still debating if i want to raise the front or lower the rear. Cause the front is really low so i might raise it a bit to match the rears. At first i was thinking lower the rear but now that i looked at it more i want to raise the fronts just a bit

i was a huge believer in alignments after suspension changes before my most recent coilover job.

the guy helping me assured me that i didnt need one even after i insisted..

well he hooked it up to the machine in his shop a few days later just to prove it and sure enough it was still in spec, even after the F2's had been put on and adjusted.

around 2 months later im wearing tread evenly.

it wasnt factory settings. the guy i bought it from had it on his before and i didnt mess with the rears just the fronts and went super low on the fronts. i could still got a little more on the fronts but im afraid it would be impossible to drive haha. but yea when we hit up that meet you could take a ride in mine and see how it compares to yours!

LOLLLL thanks man i know ive been anticipating this for so long now. glad it finally happened. but yea im going to align it once i get the stance dialed in for sure.
