Just read this part. Just saw his car. Now im going to say something because i hadnt seen his car before while reading through all of that nonsense. This is why he needs to gtfo with his bs. If he wants to talk about being ghetto, his car looks more ghetto than a scraper on dubs. a decent drop on that ride would ACTUALLY give it some class, even with those wheels. That huge ass wheel gap is ridiculous on those 18s and you want to talk about OEM is peachy? At least stand by what you "represent" when you talk about OEM being the way to go when you talk shit about big rims and looking ghetto when your car is exactly that. If i saw that car on the street i would laugh and think that you are the 16 year old kid driving it. I wouldnt mind THAT much about your comments and normally wouldnt feel a need to respond negatively if you actually hadnt been a hypocrite coming in here and talking all high and mighty when you dont even have a ride that relates to and represents your opinion on cars looking ghetto and kiddish. Absurd.

Haha you picked a touchy subject. You go against the norm here and be prepared to burn at the figurative internet stake.

^werd. get it done!

The drop was the very first thing I did when I started. Granted I haven't done too much to the car but looks wise, my priorities would be:
1.drop
2.lip
3.rims
4.black out chrome (if that's your thing)
5.black/clear out headlights
6.anything else

just my two cents

My list is in the same order. I have done 1 and 2 so far, just need to get type S rims (3) and Black out chrome around windows, color match door handles/grill (4) and perhaps color match headlights (5)

THANK YOU very much. I highly appreciate that. Now, getting back on topic. It's funny because everytime I've had a car so far dropping it was one of the last things I did and I don't know why. But, for me number 5 on your list is already done with the clear headlights. Originally, I wanted black but it didn't flow well with my color scheme to me so I stuck with clear. But yea I kinda went in a mixed up order with the rims first, then the kit etc I just go by what is available to me at the time and if I have money or not to get it hahaha. But yea definitely a drop is the next BIG thing that will be done no doubt. I have a few more little things to add before the drop that I have already ordered for the car but other then that I'm saving everything for the drop and I can't wait to do it.

Loveee my 3A tips!

yeah it doesn't replace the awesomeness of a full catback or anything, but it helps give some punch when you remove the intake res and the mid muff

Yea it works out fine for me because I'm not really going for performance right now just aesthetics. Although I did do an intake res delete which sounds nice when I feel like smashing.

Thanks! Yea I tried my best to do that cause I didnt want too much going on. My first original plan was to get the OEM kit, put the TSX rims and debadge and drop it and I'd be done but now after learning more about it I've done and want to do so much more its ridiculous. But, the main goal will be to always keep it simple, clean and classy.

Yeah I feel the same way. Thinking about a mild drop (this stock height is bugging me) and then the tint/stereo/and maybe a lip kit. Im not really a fan of overdone cars, seems like too much of a responsibility to keep it maintained and what not haha

thanks for all the love and comments guys and for helping me clean up the thread rockstar and everybody else haha. @Kieran yea man I'm not planning on rocking a mild drop more like slammed but either way its gonna still be clean and driveable as it is my daily (poor mileage 221.5k and counting) @Kevin you can always repost of how you think my car looks nice. LOL jk but of course you like the tips I mean you did give me a deal on them .

[br]BUT anyways, so tonight as I'm getting off work I spill a little fish broth in my car on my poor passenger seat so now it smells fishy....But I'm waking up extra early tomorrow to 1. Work on the interior i.e detail and clean up fishy smell 2. Rewire horn wire with a plug that works from O'Reilly or Autozone 3. Fix my SRS light thats on after swapping in the new wheel AND 4. Take pics for all of you to drool over of course. LOL jk but Im serious about the taking pics part....the drooling is all up to you

Ok so i was going slap on the rear H badge this morning that i ordered a few weeks ago for my car from heeltoe, but when i go to fit it the new emblem was too big for the holes. They sent me the wrong size! so now ive got to wait until i get a new one that actually fits.

you dont need to use the pins.

the pins on the H badge i installed on the rear of my car were broken by the previous owner anyways.

the saber and inspire from 99-01/02-03 have different sized rear H's...

you have to make that distinction before ordering.

Wasnt aware of the different size rear H for the different years and i assumed since they only had one choice on the site for rear H there was no need for a distinction. Oh well still working on getting in contact with them to fix it

I just broke off the plugs and used the adhesive tape to stick it on for now until I order the correct size but there it is. Didn't feel like waiting since I already removed the A and it would look weird with just 2 holes. Looks much better in person I think and its super shiny in the daytime.

Yours looked nice! Yea i decided to go with the INSPIRE badging instead of SABER. At first i REALLY wanted the saber but i just think inspire is better suited for me because some of my friends and a few people on here said that my cars inspired them to work on theirs more or to buy parts for their car. so I think it has better meaning than Saber although saber is just sick haha. Maybe later on ill get saber just for kicks. Also i talked to Marcus from heeltoe and hes going to figure out which rear H badge i need that way i can order it but for now im going to use this one.

Damn, so much for buying my set of FF1s next week. Turns out I HAVE to replace my oil pan so I just decided to pull the trigger and take it to Acura tomorrow so they can fix it for me because I really don't have the time right now to do it myself. And I kinda need it fixed since I've been running with it for awhile now. They quoted me 453 total for parts, labor, sealant and an oil change. FML. There goes my mod money.....

hit them up and tell them you know me! the guy got my name his names Eric. my appointment is tomorrow maybe they can hook it up before then. I'm seriously rethinking this though because its so much money just to replace a freakin oil pan. I'm going to post a few pics here in a bit and let me know if you guys think its worth replacing the whole thing or just try to fix the stripped bolt instead because I believe that's the main reason its leaking. although my oil pan does have a few cracks but its not like deep cracks more like chips? or...hard scratches that's a better word. and the pics that show it kind of suck its hard to get a pic under there.

Sorry for the crappy pics but yea there it is. You can see how dirty my oil filter is too. I don't know though....should I just replace the entire thing? I tried to get a pic of the bolt where the leakage is but the angle is really awkward and I didn't have time to jack it up because I'm, about to leave for work in like 5 minutes.

Ok, so heres another update. Turns out the dealer was out for my money when they told me about the oil pan being "busted." When they first told me (1 month ago) I double checked myself and it seemed fine because when I looked at it, the only real problem was that it was leaking a little bit (barely) and its because of the worn gaskets. Also, the bolt is stripped which was another reason it was leaking because they weren't able to torque it properly but rather tighten it just enough because of the threads. I got my oil changed and although EVENTUALLY I'm probably going to need to replace the oil pan, at this time it isn't absolutely necessary which is what they kept telling me which is why I was trippin out. Now that that's over, here's a few ass shots.

Also! I installed some LEDs into my interior (door, map, dome) and license plate so once it gets darker I'm going to take pics of those too.

Next plans for the car within the next few days are to change my ATF and seafoam my car. Then........................coils..........:thumbs up:
