i was getting off work...2 lane left turn(which i have taken at 45mph...a pussass turn)...me n my friend..."she works with me"...so it turned green...both made the left turn...i was looking at her car to compensate...like in racing...just think of the Blue Angels...u follow the leader n if the leader screws up...the rest screws up...so she was trying to miss the median...so she kinda went into my lane...that in turns caused me to compensate n i ran into the curb...(f'ing up my front lip n bumper...not to mention i bent my front axel..its like a waaaay positive camber)...then bounced off the curb...hit her in the ass...n spun her out...she did a 180...i didnt bounce from that for some reason...n end up running over the center median into on coming traffic...thx god it was at 1030 at nite n barely any1 was on the street...i myself calculated at least $6k in damages not including fixing the axels...n my rims...i totalled her 93' accord...n i cant turn rite now...how awesome is that...NOT!!!!...i wasnt even in shock...i went from driving happily to sad n mad...in like a split second...n telling myself to wake up to tell myelf it was a dream...well heres a fews pix...yes...im the same guy that made that MagnaFlow thread...sux doesnt it...ive had me license for 2yrs now...no tickets no citations...no accidents till 2nite...that kinda tells u something...yea...i race with my friends all the time...n formation driving...so this isnt b my fault...

thx guys...im reporting it to the insurance 2day...n filing a pd report...hopefully they see what im talking bout n it isnt my fault...i have no rides at all...i have a volvo...but i registed it as a nonoperable kuz i dont use it...n the rear tires r worn out to hell....hopefully i can get the car back soon...to good condition...

 

technically if u can prove the other girl drifted into your lane then it should be atleast 50 50 where u pay ur car and she pays hers

yea...i just talked to the bodyshop guy...bout reinstalling my aftermarket parts...itll have to done on the DL...kuz they r only suppose to restore it to stock...which means ill loose my CAI n springs...he said hell do all the aftermarket stuff on the side so its all good...n if its enough $$ from the insurance ill go ahead n order the cf hood n new gunmetal rims...kuz to my knowledge both the cf hood n the rims r far cheaper than OEM stuff...lol...n ill also request them to blackout my headlites n put in the clear diffusers i recent bought...its gona look nice...;-)
