same here, but he also asked me if i had drugs, searched me and the car, asked me if the car was stolen, and put me in the back f his car for like 5 minutes.. (and this is before i had tint when the car was brand new w/ temp tags!) he had NO reason to pull me over either

Man thats horrible u was in the back of the cruiser..u should be on COPS LOL! im jk ..but doing the full search was uncall for though...

but the first thing she told me to do was get out of my car and stand on the side of the road..i thought that was kind of out of place...i think she dig through my car for about 1 minute only in the glove compartment and stuff...but i find it amusing how she ask me if i had any guns or weapons she need to know of

Looks good!

For the tar, get some bug remover spray. It'll take the tar off.

we actually have to use our rear window defroster here, but anyways if you get a quality tint that is installed properly it won't purple or bubble, my car has gone through 6 winters and the tint was installed when the car was basically new (previous owner had it done, but i know exactly where it was done) (car now has 105K, so proably has been on for 95-100k), and still looks just like the tint on the side with absolutely no bubbles, or a hint of purple

I have no bubbles in the back window at all..maybe ill try the defrost when it gets really cold outside but usually i really dont need it here in texas..its rarely cold enough to use it

then it was proably was installed right, but yeah the purpleing is usually from the tint being a lower quality, so maybe just make sure to get a quality tint then

yeah we have to be able to get ice and frost off the windows here

i know i remember hearing something like every 6 years or something, but i think some of that is to try and sell more tint though, but i will proably be getting alot darker tint soon anyways, so i guess i am following there recomendations on getting it changed (it is only like 30% right now, i want like 5% or so)(but anyways i will be getting it done at the same place it was done origienally before with the same brand of tint as before [and proably the same line [same color, semi reflective] too, just alot darker)

yeah normally a good quality tint job (with quality tint) will cost more, but you don't gotta pay more down the line when it does start to turn purple and stuff to get it redone (and i know pulling the tint off the back window is like $100, basically same price to just install tint on the back window , i could pull the old tint off myself, but don't feel like F***ing up the heater grid and such ) and for me i got qouted at like $225 without removing the old tint for the new tint

not trying to be racist or anything, but i think with being closer to the border it helps drive down the cost alot for tint (alot of tint places, where not so many here)

I agree im not racist or anything either but..In the hood, Port Arthur Texas Price can be 80 Bucks for take off and Put on

But around Plano Texas (The Upper Middle Class area) they charge around 220 250...i went to a few shops..i kinda look at them like !?!?...i told myself i rather drive 6 hrs save over 100 bucks then use that money to go out...

I wonder if Anyone Tried Color TINT on their TL's yet or Mirror Tint??

but that $100 is kinda offset just in gas alone (200 or so miles each way???, at about 65 i guess, 65) and a hotel if you gotta stay overnight (since they need a couple of hours to do it), let alone your time, so kinda up to you if you want to try and save that money by driving further

Replace tint whenever it gets purple. I guess it just depends on quality of tint, but i never know how long those usually lasts.

I got mines done for 100 so that's a hell of a deal. Pretty good quality tint too. 3 years now and still looking like how it was first put on.

Bring those side skirts whenever you come down
