retro fees have gone up...

basic setups are getting even higher up

Labour alone on this retro due to the bezel and custom bracket needed is around 350-400$.

ALL below are USD
Hid electronics with bulbs = 250$

Hid projectors. Valeo = 125$, Tsx = 165$, Sc430 clear = 220$, fx35 = 185$

So totals are in the 800-850$ USD, without aiming fees which most retrofitters do not do.. critical for a setup such as this one since the bracket is not oem.

what is the little thing between the projector headlight and the turn signal. thx

 

Just an extra light. It wasn't used yet until now. I'm going to put an amber led in place and use it when I turn on the lights....basically the turn signal will only come on when the turn signal is activated. The small bulb will come on when running lights are on.

 

Any possibility of a DIY? I know this was an expensive mod for you considering the projectors you used, but still I would be willing to try.

Also I've already seen the obnoxious "GIVE US A DIY!" posts and bashing you've been getting about your gauges, but please dont think thats what I'm trying to do. I just like your work, quality stuff

 

I'd like to take credit for the work but I cannot. Linuxglobal made the bracket and assembled the headlight together for me and I bought the custom job from El pana as he didnt need them for his car. But I just finished redoing some work on them. I used better clear shrouds as the others were a little too pitted for my liking and I decided to create my own LED signals. And I'm finally using the small light fixture beside the projector.
All I know is that it took lots of effort to create this mod, and quite a bit of bondo and knowhow.
