Only had one thing.. the right stock exhast tips was bent... on the screw part, so i coundt un screw the bolt... so i had to pry the stock tip apart with a screw driver lol... turns out whatever the prvious owner did they scraped the exhaust tip, which bent the exhaust itselt... but the 3a tips look awesome!!

heres some pics

Anyone tried 3.75" instead of 3.25"? I believe one size up might make the car looks better...

Try the 4 inch outlet if you can find it online. IMO it looks even better if you have a body kit. Here are the 9" tips with the 4 inch outlet on my TL.

That's what I am talking about. Looks nice. I am going to 3.75" (that's what they have, no 4"). Did you weld it on or bolt on? Did you cut the pipe? I think the bolt might be visible from side view even w/ body kit.

I ran the inlet of the pipe all the way up flush with the muffler because it lines up nicely with the bodykit. I bolted the tip on. An unfortunate result of this is that the bolt is indeed visible from the side profile of the car (I hate this). In order to bring attention away from the bolts a tad, I painted them flat black using a high temp flat black paint so they don't stand out as much. I didn't really want to go through the trouble of welding the tips on.

Well since this thread is related, I think you should just post in in this thread, because if you post a new topic, it might bore ppl to look at your thread if they have already looked at mine. just a suggestion

Looking good. It looks like both of your mufflers hang at equal heights unlike mine.

I just put WD-40 on mine, came off with ease, but the driver side bolt didnt seem to budge, so the bolt just broke off.
