I say take the "A-C-U-R-A" off and rebadge with the third gen type s emblem. It looks much cleaner being a rectangle. The 2nd gen type s emblem is just oddly shaped.

If you had some crack pitting of the paint under the type s logo, I wouldn't take the ACURA off. It might look worse

 

i cant debadge ACURA b/c i can slightly see paint peeling around the edges of the letters.. it would suck to have 5 paint chips across the trunk.

i do want to debadge though =/

thanks for the input im probably going to put the types badge back on for now . if anything i might put the type s sign on next the side door saw it on another thread not sure yet. but ill post more pics soon

 

Me too. I've got that same color on mine and almost every other one I've seen just doesn't look as nice. The black is cool but I've never been one for black cars. I'd love to get a nice copper custom color or something like that but i'm not willing to spend the $$.

BTW, if I were to take and de badge my Acura, what would you guys recommend? I really have no idea about it.
