Oh shit!! Yup that was a few days before i picked up the car from my homies place. he had it all cleaned up for my pick up!

Nope! getting new hardware (Presidential Hardware) put on the wheels. Thats the new VIP Modular hardware. no bolt on the rim face, instead it is a rivet with VIP Modular's logo stamped on it. Fuckin sick.

LOL... Wait till i get the wheel on it.. JUS WAIT!

This is my rear wheel, 18x12 with 255/35 Toyo T1s.






First test fit with the 18x12 rears (had 18x11 for WekFest SF), Success.






Rolling! This is day one on the wheels, and because of my desired fitment, I'm riding pretty high. not trying to crush a fender right off the bat!



Will post some quality pictures asap following Wekfest LA this weekend. I'll be Showing the car, so if you see it, and see a wack ass white boy near it, come say what up! lol

i had an 88 Monte Carlo SS on air and 14" daytons, so i know how it works that when you drop it, it will definitely camber in alot, but how much in this case really? those are fucking wide...

 

yeah...but i was referring to the tire stretch. it reminds me of that Celica from the WTF car thread.

Well, he's probably running -6 or more camber, and the stretch on the tires is so he can have that perfect fitment, lip-to-fender, so to speak.

I LOVE this car, and LOVED the wekfest pics...but that rolling shot looks retarted as fuck. I hope it looks better down, but for real I'd be embarassed to drive around like that lol

This was the first day i mounted the wheels, like i posted previously, my fitment could allow the lip to smash the fender, so i was riding extra high jus to be safe. and yes, really wide.. like 12" wide..!
