But would the 02-03 mirrors fit directly onto the 99-01 mirror holders? I'l like to switch to the more aerodynamic set while getting the signals if it doesn't require too much work

 

any word on these?

hey everyone i just got off the phone with the artist at gator they are taking the mirror apart and doing a drawing for the desing today once he emails me the mock up ill post it with the price thanks

Hrm... I wonder if it'd be possible to do illuminated door sills for both the front and back... maybe even design something different than the above posted image so as not to rip it off, but still make it look very good...

i think the desing is going to be more like 2004 tl mirrors which wraps around so people can see the light from the side

 

i think we should wait to see the price of the mirrors and then do door sills

I agree the mirrors are cool... I'd consider getting them myself but I also want an A-Spec which already has a sidemarker... somehow I think it'd look too tacky and impractical to have both the sidemarker and the signals on the mirrors... which is why I haven't been too excited about 'em

ok i got the price for the mirrors the sample mirror pictures will be ready in about 2 days the price is 500 per set i may sound high but is custom plus u get your mirrors repainted when they do this and they will only do these for us and not any other acura forums please let me know who is still interested so when the sample is done we can start sending them in soon thanks

...A bit overpriced...i understand their custom made and repainted but thats a too high...

 

any way they could do it without repainting mine are perfect now or is the job going to require refinishing?
