whats the best mod to get my regular tl to tl-s power?

no way a TL-p w/ intake, header and exhause would hang with a TL-S... numerically speaking it too my -p i/h/p -S tb and a dynotuned vafc to make as much WHP as a TL-S should make. there's another 2-3 things but this is just a basic idea.
its still NOT cheaper to get a tl-S. there's a nice $4,000 diff even in used cars of same conditions and mileage and some of us a broke.
