haha, no doubt.. so you think the injen w/ fujita filter is the way to go? i had an aem on my civic before i turbo'd it and loved it. but i know every car is different and what was real good in the civic might not be as good in the tl-s

thanks again for the input jjashaa

just got the atlp exhaust, now got a c.a.i. in my scopes.. just want to make sure to do it the best and right way the first time so i can be like ftmfw!

well, any CAI for our car is just a simple tube and a cone filter at the end.. its not as complicated with bends like other cars have. Performance wise, Injen and AEM are basically the same. From my own experience, people prefer Injen over AEM. I have an Injen CAI myself and it's awesome! I gotta get that Fujita Filter some day. Jjashaa, do you know what's the specific part number for that Fujita filter you got?

what tl-s did not come with foglights

also i would say comptech (ct engineering now) cause it is extremely easy to check the filter peroidicly and clean it, you can get to it from the top and only need a philips screwdriver to access (not totally sure about other brands though) also in general i think people say that it is one of the quiter one, if not the quitest (except stock)(for the sleeper sound, less likle to alert some one else)
there is at least 6-8 inches between the air horn on the intake and fog light, so no problem there
maybe even remove the fog light for a better ram air effect when needed

I'll have to say .. it's retarted how they got their sh*t mixed up haha.. 02-03 TL-P/TL-S both have foglights. It tripped me out at first.. but why would it even matter.. foglights wouldn't be in the way of the tube/filter anyways..

Wow why is no one recommending the CT Ice Box? Granted I don't have a TL, I'm curious because I am running stock for my air right now.

Just like how a Civic SI Coupe is like a 2 door version of a Civic SI Sedan. Or just like how the Accord Coupe is like a 2 door version of a Accord Sedan. LOL .. im j/k.

x3 on the CT Icebox!

I've had mine for over 3 years. I replaced the included foam filter with a K&N. I've read here that it gets the best hp gains of any CAI and that it's also the quietest, but I can tell you when you go WOT, then it's pretty loud. Sounds great!

I've got the Injen CAI for three years now and still loving it. I just had to clean the K&N air filter after 2 years.

CT Engineering/Comptech Icebox with Fujita Filter FTMFW!!! Damn, I just had to!!!!
I personally run the P2R intake on my 03 TL-S. I've had the Comptech icebox on my 01CLS and on my S2000. Loved it!
