What should I do first?
I just bought a stock 2000 Red Tl and i was wondering what i should do to it first. Sound System, Ground Kit, Air Intake, Lowering Kit, Exhaust System, or Rims?

if youre starting out from stock .. i'd definitely go with getting your car lowered .. intake wouldn't do much for performance anyways .. mainly just for sound.
and it really depends ... how low do you wanna go ?
if you want a decent drop without sacrificing ride comfort .. then i'd go with the H&R sport springs part # 50103 (drop is F: 1.75 R: 1.5) .. these go for about $200 .
if you wanna be slammed .. then get the neuspeed race springs (F: 2.2 R: 2.0) .. these also go for about $200 ..
and if you get these lowering spings.. you gotta also invest in a good pair of front and rear shocks .. i'd suggest koni yellows or tokico blue. but then again .. that whole setup would run you about $500-600 .. so i suggest just saving up for function and form type 1 coilovers.

however, coilovers are different. you won't need shocks because that's part of the assembly, but coilovers are not cheap.
i know you are a n00b and i'm trying to help, don't call it a ground kit, that sounds ricey. it's a lip kit, hence it clips onto the existing bumper parts. as far as which to do first that's up to you. many people are lowered with lip kits so it shouldn't really matter much.

yes, it's necessary unless you want your shocks to blow on you .. which won't take long considering you car has high mileage. yes, spring & shock combo will run you about that much .. so you might as well get coilovers since it's one whole package .. you won't need shocks unless you're getting coilover sleeves (like ground controls for ex.)
