intake manifold gasket, 2 throttle body gaskets, throttle body spacer . these will cost you around $110~ but will help keep your engine cool during hard acceleration, etc . you will be looking at around a 5-10hp increase.

headers will make the most out of your performance. try looking for a used pair of ssautochrome/xs power headers (rare) , dc sports headers (if they even have them in stock anymore) , or your last resort , megan headers (which are basically hit or miss) . i'd stay away from obx headers and jvt headers . try to avoid headers with 2 flex pipes (new models tend to have 2 instead of 1) . price will depend . new = $200~ used = $130- these will give you around a 8-18hp increase.

^Look its the guy with the same avatar pic for 43324 years

If u really wanna save money, do exterior work first, more HP modds will increase the chances of your tranny failing, the harder u press, the quicker your TL will come to REST

ok. so go headers for most gain? but what is wrong with 2 flex pipes? whats the difference?

and what will exterior do for me? just better aerodynamics?

yeah man aerodynamics!

Lol jk, what JDM Inspired means is "performance parts will only break your car... make it look nice and roll low"

On the other hand, I believe that you either go all out performance or all out cosmetic. Honestly if your on a budget you really wont feel these small gains of 5-10 hp. It's all in your head. The single best gains I'd have to admit are headers.

Don't have money? Need to go fast? 75shot /thread

or you can always try to balance out performance and looks like i've been doing.. when i first started modding.. i only worried about engine mods.. but now i've slowly balanced exterior mods with performance mods.

there's nothing really wrong with 2 flex pipes.. they're only there to allow the pipe to bend/flex (that's why its called a flex pipe). most people prefer just one but the newer ones have a smaller flex pipe added. it's strictly because of air flow. so flex pipe = lost of air. i really wish i had a flex pipe, cause my exhaust wouldn't be vibrating so bad right now ):

also the ebay jvt Headers are so small in diameter (collector and primaries)...sort of like an asian penis. It restricts air flow like a virgin asshole farting and the construction and welds are poor.

I will be customizing them and using the XS to do the mock up soon. Headers and if you could find crank pulley..do those.

so im getting the vibe of exterior work over engine mods. when i got it, it had been lowered so idk what work could be done to the body without the possibility of damage from pot holes or something.

There's only so many performance mods you can do with a low budget.
Real power starts at $3000
