That is vortex, they claimed the vortex part will control the airflow to give your engine better breathing. This subject was discussed and many have concluded that it will not do any good as they claimed.

So I went out and got two. They said it'll double the intake air velocity, good for 25 fwhp. I won't lose next time.

Yeah. What I can't get over is...and I mean I knew the vortex would give me the edge I needed to win the race...what I can't get over is how Paul Walker, Ja Rule, and Vin Diesel showed up when we raced...talk about weird.

It's obvious, dude. It was only the biggest race of the decade. Of course all the professional street racers would show up to watch.

Do it man, Vin actually bought his off me after the race; he was so impressed. He installed it on his RX-7 right there. Great bolt on mod! I'll write up a DIY install soon.

i read a magazine that was comparing a lot of these turbonator things, that claim to increase HP and gas mileage...the results were shocking. a few of them actually caught fire in the engine and seriously fucked stuff up

the people who makes these should be shot

She was driving, i was sleeping, she woke me up, said babe, the car is heistating and not wanting to really go? We were at hwy speeds, so i told her to get off at the next exit, and we switched, i drove the rest of the way home, could tell it was down on power so i took it easy, got home, let it cool off. Looked at the k&n, i had just cleaned it and no prob's there, i then took off the intake at the TB to see if it was clogged etc, no, that was good, then i looked in the intake and saw this metal thing with blades on it, ripped it out, took it out for a drive, no problems since and running like a champ. IMO, they are a waste of money, don't you think the car makers would install that themselves to a point, especially with the new EPA ratings that will lower mpg across the board? Its a POS!!
