I had this alarm on my 94 4dr GSR along with an extra siren with battery backup, and a motion sensor. It was a very good alarm with no false alarms.

The most important part of an alarm is the installation. A $25 alarm is better than a $400 alarm if it's installed better. Have someone install it professionally and not in the common places alarms go.

It's a great system but needs to be installed the right way. Have someone install it that knows all the great hiding spots. Also go for the battery back up sirens in case they cut the battery cables.
