I have the 2003 acura 3.2 tl type s automatic and want to turbo it. I want all the feed back I can get on this because I heard alot of positives and alot of negatives of doing it. Im on a low budget and just want add a little extra power to my daily driver so I only want to run low psi, dont want it for racing purposes. Im hearing the tranmission in these are bad for boosted and will most likely blow up so is there a way I can have it built or have another auto tranny put in and built along with midly building the motor? And yes I know manuels are better for turbos and " putting a turbo on a automatic is pointless" but I just ant it for a little extra low boost. theres also a g35 I always see around my city that is twin turbo'd and is automatic so I was wondering is a single turbo shouldn't be so much to do.. help me out here..,

Contrary to your belief, turbo automatics are better. Considering you can keep building boost while going versus having to let off the gas>clutch>Shift gear>gas.

So what would your recommendation be toward it , get a diff tranny and mod it , along with modding the motor too?
