Is there anything wrong with just going single muffler setup instead of dual? I'm planning on getting an Apexi N1 axleback and just get my y pipe cut off then get 2 1/2 piping from there.

 

Why would you want a single exhaust? I think one of the best attributes of the back end of the car is the dual exhausts. I guess yours would be "unique" with just one exhaust, but in this case I don't know if unique=better. But I don't see any performance problems with a single exhaust as long as the pipes are big enough to allow good flow.

 

I've seen another AZ member do that, wish I had a photo to show yo u.. had a single exhaust set up with the muffler pointing out at an angle like that of an integra's... definitely was different.

as long as you do something about the bumper and dont leave a hole on oneside,it might actually look good.........definetly unique

 

don't do it. people with single muffler setups switch to dual exhaust for a reaon because it look better.
