Stiff Ride?

I want to lower my TL but I do not want to give up too much ride comfort. My friend's Maxima was lowered and you can feel every bump in the road (feels like a thud in your ass). What should I expect if I use Eibach Pro Kit Springs with Bilstein Shocks? The Eibach kit lowers the front 2.1" and the rear 1.7".

With Koni Yellows and H&R Sports the ride is every bit as soft as stock with the ability to firm up with the turn of a knob.

COntact our vendor Excelerate.

And IMHO that setup is better than coilovers. Ive had nothing but issues with coilovers, especially in snowy salty sandy winters.

I'd go with the h&r springs over the eibach. I just replaced the eibach pro kit w/ tokico illuminas. I put on h&r w/ kyb agx shocks. I was never really happy with the old setup. I would have gone bilstein or koni but availability was a problem when I wanted them, and I was worried they might be too stiff. I have no koni experience, and most of the bilsteins I've put on were truck and van stuff, where they worked great. The specs look similar on the springs, but there is a big difference in the rear. The eibachs have more coils, but the bottom 5 coils are bound with the weight of the car on them. Someone recently posted photos on here, concerned that they had a problem. The h&rs have fewer coils, but none are touching with the cars weight on them. The net result is that the eibachs sat lower and had less travel. The ride is improved with the h&rs, but i get a little more rubbing in the rear.[I've got a tire and offset problem, orit wouldn't rub at all.
