So my steering wheel on my 02 type-s is worn to S#!t and I need to replace it. I'm looking for some ideas on a fairly easy replacement that retains airbags and still keeps the overall look. So I'm fishing for ideas and how-to's, hitting search didn't really yield what i wanted, so I'm hoping you guys have some ideas

 

You have a few options, depending on how much you want to spend.

Option 1 (priciest): RSX Steering wheel swap



Option 2: Send your steering wheel to RedlineGoods. It will cost you about $200 total but the results are worth it. They did my RSX steering wheel in the pic above. Contact them about doing a TL wheel. If they don't have a steering wheel wrap already for your car, you can be the guinea pig and get the work done for free.

Option 3: Buy a TL steering wheel on ebay. Cheapest option.

 

Redlinegoods looks like a good option, I was going to go the ebay replacement route, but I want something a little different looking, I think I saw an MDX wheel on a TL somewhere on here, but I can't find it or an DYI

As far as i know, the MDX wheel is the same as the TL wheel. You can get it in brown wood or black wood.
