Sport shifting

When you use the sport shift, upshifting, do you keep your foot on the gas or lift as using a manual trans?

It doesn't matter...

its like an Auto where u don't have to lift your foot off the pedal.

Its really a preference thing.

lifting your foot off the pedal means slower accelleration.

I lift my foot off the pedal before i shift b/c i'm trying to go easy on my transmission.
