side skirts 2nd gen TL

Guys I am putting together a OEM body kit, just wondering if its ok to use 99-01 side skirts. If I am not mistaken its ok. I have a 02 TL-S, Just wanted to double check.

yes sides and rear will work on all 2nd gens (99-03) only the front piece is different between the 99-01 and 02-03
