i searched for all the foglights posting but im still confused about my 2000 tl. ive heard about the different bulbs n stuff. im looking at the extreme white or h3 ones. how much are the whole kit..the fog lamps usually cost??....i need to get the whole kit in order to start right?? ive been hearing things about bulbs but i have nothing to put the bulbs in. i found a few on ebay but none of them come in h3..

Ok there were Never fog lights made for the 99-01 TL the 02-03 had fog lights. The info you have read for bulbs is most likely that.
Now having said that if you want foglights you will have to buy a complete foglight kit.

 

As for whats the difference, one was a fog light kit, onw was more of a accent lighting kit. (the one that was led)

A few members have modified the accord foglights to fit which looks oem
