Rotora Slotted + Satisfied Pro Ceramic Brake Pads.
Yesterday, with the help of a friend, I replaced all 4 rotors and brake pads with the Rotora Slotted Rotors and the Satisfied Pro ceramic Pads. I know a few people on this forum have this setup and I want to know their opinions as well...but, here is what I have for those who want to do this setup.
I used the DIY done by [stein - https://acurazine.com/forums/showthread.php?t=116747]
it was well written with pictures. This was the first major work i've done on my own with this car. Although it didn't seem like it was a tough job to do after i was done, so I saved my self a couple of hundred bucks
the one problem i ran into while installing was the two screws holding the rotors - they required some heat to loosen.
I took the car out after I replaced the rotors and brake pads, and what a difference...shorter stopping distance, smooth, at first there was a little bit of rubbing noise but that went away [probably the pads just rubbing against the rotors for the first time]. Usually with worn down brake pads there's that little bit of extra push on the brakes that you have to do, but with this new setup that feeling is gone...
so if you are looking to do this and save yourself a few hundred dollars...go for it.
So once again...thanks to those who make this forum a good learning/money saving experience!!!

After "bedding" them in and driving them around with the new brakes...they are great...the only problem i've run into and this just happend within the past few days is - when the car sits in the cold weather overnight - I wake up and drive it to work and for the first couple of times i press the brake they squeak...and then the squeaking is gone immediatly. Not sure where the problem is but I will look into it.
NSXNEXT - did you have this problem?

After seeing NSXNEXT was satisfied with them, i went with the same setup because i couldn't find the EBC Greenstuff. But the Satisfied Pro Ceramics along with the Rotora Rotors are great! Much better than stock. No more shaking of the wheel or vibrating when hitting the brakes, nice stopping power, and i have almost no brake dust surprisingly.
