Replacing front end emblem

I have a 99 TL and got the new gold emblem kit. My front emblem is all faded and almost like it tarnished. I was wondering if anyone knows how to replace this front emblem with the new one I got because I looked at it the other day and it looks as if it is not directly accessible just by opening up the hood. If anyone knows a website with instructions on how to do it it would be greatly appreciated or if someone can tell me because I don't want to take anything off that doesn't need to come off.

Honestly with the time you guys spend bitching about someone not searching you could just answer the questions for the

1) Open your hood, the grill is held in by i think 5 plastic nuts that you will see on the back, remove these
2)the grill should pop out from the front, apply even force to both sides
3) once you have the grill out, flip it over, you will see two phillips screws where the emblem is held in
4)replace and put it all back together and you're done!

Thanks I actually went under the hood two days ago and figured out it were those 4 nuts I needed to remove. It was actually very simple, I appreciate the help though!!
