Ready to Pimp

so i just purchased a 2000 TL and i am ready to modify it. everything on the car is stock. there is so much to do i don't know where to start. Ideas... thoughts?

I just got a 2001 tl. Same advice or would it be any different? And on that note, are coilovers better or springs in the long run?
