Hey whats up people? I'm new to the site, just purchased a 99 acura 3.2 TL on Wednesday, The problem I'm having with it is that it dosen't play CD-R's Now I've read all the threads about it so I wouldn't double post but just wanted to make sure if I go ahead and purchase an 02 head unit, would it DEFINITELY play my CD-R's??????? Because thats really all I have and I really didn't want to change the factory look.

The 02-03 doesnt seem to have teh issues playing cd-r's. You can try to change burn speeds, cd'r brands all sorts of stuff, but its hit and miss. your best bet is to just get teh 02+ (+ a bonus of 6 disk in dash cd changer) Mke sure its from the TL though and not the CL, they look the same but arent
