i've read this somewhere before on acurazine, but i can't find it. for the comptech icebox, do you have to cut the 6spd one to fit the auto tl-s, or the other way around? they are interchangable one way correct? someone clarify please

Yes. Basically, if I have an auto icebox, can it be modded to fit a 6 spd?

or is the cl-s 6spd icebox the only choice?

 

well teh main difference is that teh 6 speed doesnt have the VSA throttle body. You would have to find a way to extend the rubber tube to connect to the TB. I dont see it being that big a issue. Maybe you could just buy a new one from comptech
