If you are going to go through the hassle of doing a retrofit then dont settle for sub par ones. They were good back in 01 when they first came out but ever since then Stanley/Kioto Automotive has taken over the projector market. Stanley makes headlights for Acura, Lexus and almost all the japanese car makers. The best Single xenon projector on the market is clear lense S2000 projectors and if you have space to work with then 04-06 LS430 projectors. In bi-xenon projectors TL projectors are top of the line.

Granted the Hella ones are price savvy and are small and easy to fit but trust me TSX and or S2000 would blow them outta the park. Do your research and buy a set of TSX, you can get a good deal on ebay and buy one anywhere from 100 to 150 dollars.

I see that you have a 99-01 TL, the TL projectors are bi-xenon and are too big even for the 02-03 TL headlights. So i'd say no they wont fit. If you want bi-xenon though then go with e55 bi-xenons or fx45s

LS460 projectors FTW!

Wont fit . Plus it sucks monkey ass even with the crystal hand polished lens that they talk about, LS430 projectors are still the bench mark to beat. Here are a few pictures of the LS460 projectors that I have sitting in my basement collecting dust.

The other projector is a BMW ZKW projector for size comparison.
