Performance increases TlP

I have a 2001 Tl-p and want to put some money into it to make it quicker. Does anyone have a dyno that shows any gain in power that is respectable for mods you put in or what their Hp and Tq output are. I'm trying to decide if it would be a waste to try. I'm looking towards I/H/E and a tune, not forced induction. Any input is appreciated.

What kind of gains can I expect to see to the wheel then? how quick would a 0-60/quarter mile be?

with a lightweight crank pulley and those mods, about the same HP as a type S, or 35 more than type P

the trouble you are looking at ----drag racing the TL with the current auto trans
it wont take that for long
There is a diy 6 speed manual trans AND CL-S motor swap for racers with money

HEB pays but not that well ha. I guess I'll just save my money for a new car then. A new tranny and paying someone to put it in would cost way more than I'd like to spend on a 10 year old car :/. If someone wants to post their Dyno that'd still be cool. always fun to see output!

Intake, header, high flow cat and lightweight crank pulley are your best bets.
