Throttlebody spacer: a 3/4 inch spacer that goes between the throttle body and intake manifold. Allows more room for air/fuel to mix and mixes it more efficiently. This makes more horsepower and better fuel economy.
Thermoblock spacers: A special gasket (thicker than OEM) that goes between your intake manifold and head, and your intake manifold to your throttlebody. It does not transfer heat like our OEM ones do, so it keeps everything up top cooler. Cooler air makes better fuel economy and more power.
Apexi NEO: This is a fuel management controller/VTEC controller. You can adjust your fuel curve, VTEC range, air/fuel ratio, ect. Basically tune the power out of the car.
Urethane Motor Mounts:
They keep the motor from flexing as much under hard acceleration, and are stronger. They put more power to the ground as opposed to losing it to motor flex.

Oh and there is no point in doing the 6 speed engine swap without the 6 speed manual trans. Its the exact same motor as the type-s other than a few sensors.

what would the type-s manifold do? cuz I saw a tl parting out not to far from me and wanted to get the lights, but if this adds some performance then I would look into that as well.

The manifold is a 2 stage manifiold. With a tune and the 2 stage actuator hooked up there will be some HP gains

The spacers come in a kit from Outlaw Engineering . You get the throttle body spacers and intake manifold spacers for $103 shipped.
