yes, but what color is your car, cause normally they come prepainted, so easiest to have it already matched

 

sorry to be such a noob but is the spoiler fr. under and the spoiler fr. bumper (lower) the same thing. and if so they are both the oem lip kit for the 99 right? http://www.acuraoemparts.com/delray/...t&ListAll=Part it would save me a lot of money if they are because i wouldnt have to get the lip kit painted.

 

i think one might be the STOCK lip, that you already probably got, then the other one is the actual "lip" kit you want (aka the body kit one), i don't know what one is what though


but yes they come already painted from Honda, so does not need painting afterwards

yeah maybe that is what i am thinking , i was thinking with how that got that groove molded in there, that it made it look like a lip at first,
but as op is doing email them, then if they send you the wrong lip, you can make them pay for the shipping then (btw it might be worth getting it at your local dealer, and see if they will price match, but also then they will basically pay the shipping for you, since it is to the dealer itself)
