Ones platinum one is iridium. The NGK iridium IX is the only plug you should be using.

Actually you can use Both...

The Iridium IX is Recommended by MOST becouse it last Longer and Overall its a Better Plug.
Our cars Actually calls for Double Platinum but you can Safely Use Iridium IX Instead.

Do Iridium IX!

I use NKG GP platinum, price wise it is around 2.5 : 1, not sure whether Iridium can last 2.5 times longer than the GP?

That logic is flawed. The issue isn't cost vs durability. The GP plug isn't the right plug for your car. Even if it lasted 10x longer than the right plug, that doesn't make it OK.

The second part number you gave is NOT the right plug for our car. NGK PZTR5A is not compatible, and the part number is just wrong. There shouldn't be a "T" in the part number, whether you have a TL-S or TL-P.
