Question Next mod suggestion

I just wanted some unput on what you guys think I should do next.

I'm thinking personally Pads and rotors to get rid of awful vibrations.

But I could get full exhaust, all I need is the headers.
I could save for sides and rear of the OEM kit
Pulleys are an option
or save for rims or shocks and struts?

Tell me what you guys think! Thanks
