New 2nd Gen Performance Jpipe

I noticed that the Jpipe in our cars is very restrictive and even though i replaced it with the headers, i can still see a bottleneck from the design. would it be possible to yield gains from a jpipe like the ATLP that the guys on the 3rd gen side have?
