Hey whatsup people, im a noob at this so bare with me, i have a 02 TL-S and i was just wondering if anyone here knows about the comptech axle back muffles. My question is, if its hella loud like some riced out cars or if it add sound but isnt too loud?

 

Do a search and you'll be able to find sound clips. From what I read over the past few years is that the Comptech has one of the nicest and deepest sounds. Its not as loud as some other mufflers but it does have some droning at cruising speeds which any aftermarket exhaust system will have. They also have quiet tip inserts which can get the noise down to almost stock. Hope that helps.

 

with the stock exhaust piping the comptech's are very subtle in sound. The offer a slightly deaper tone. They are not a riced out sound.

I have had them on my TL for over 4 years now and love them
