LED Turn signal and Brake lights

I know the have the LED clusters to replace the stock bulb types for the turn signals and brake lights... has anyone tried this? I love the look, but don't know if it works for the Ac...

it may set your light sensor off in the dash saying that you have a burnt out light bulb. or maybe not.
