Alright, so this weekend I am planning on installing some led strips under the dash and behind the back seat, i am just wondering if anyone can point me to a thread that shows where to hook the wires in?
And i don't know if this is possible, but this is specifically what i am looking to do.
-Have both the VIPS, and all the lights on the inside go off when I lock/unlock
-But have a switch so i can turn them on while i am driving, and the switch will also have to be on for the lights to go off when i lock/unlock

I don't know if that makes sense, but I am not sure if is going to cause a problem with the fuses running all the leds off it.

If someone understands what i am trying to do and can tell me what to do that'd be great

Get the cold cathodes from EBAY. He has it setup when he opens the door, they dim in, and when the door is closed, they dim out. You would have to do more searching for the optional turn on/off feature. But that thread will give you a start!

 

thanks man, and i don't know why but the search function rarely works for me, and when it does half the time the link i click on takes me to something completely different and unrelated.
