intakes?

intakes?

Anyone know any good intakes for my tl? i dont bealieve k&n make one for it. Anything else?

Spyder cold air intakes worthless???? I was reading that intakes aren't really different except for name they all put out about the same hp if used correctly, am I wrong?? Idk

They are different. Spyder intake is junk. Good luck getting it to fit properly and good luck with it lasting long.

Since you have fog lights you could get a short ram intake.

I've never known the difference between short ram intake and cold air, is there a performance difference??

Yes short ram intakes are cheaper because there is less material since they are shorter. Cold air intakes give better performance because they suck colder air instead of short ram intakes that suck up heat from the engine bay

That's even better then. The aem V2 says for cars w no foglights though. Is that just bs or do you have to trim it to fit?

I was thinking say you get a hood wiith a scoop or what not, I said this in another thread already earlier yoday, say you get that and have it where the short ram is, would the short ram not sck in cold air then? And would it be better?
