Intake manifold from pilot 3.5 fit 3.2tl?

Sorry if this has been answered but I couldn't find it with a search.

I replaced an engine on an 3.5L 08 Honda pilot this week at work and was wondering if anyone has swapped the intake from one of these to a 3.2tl? I can have the manifold for free so if its something that will bolt on with little modification, I may be interested in putting it on my TL.

I have heard of some intake swaps from MDX's and such, but wasn't sure about a pilot. The throttle body would have to stay since the pilot's is electronic and the TL's is not.

Any info is much appreciated!

Its a direct bolt on, BUT you need the P2R throttle body adapter to put your throttle body on as yours isnt drive by wire.

The spacer will not clear the hood so you will have to mill it down or leave the hood raised a inch or two. I put the 3.7l intake manifold on my car and noticed a difference. Check and see if your throttle body will bolt up to it if not get a custom adapter made. The p2r one is crap it doesn't line up right.

I'm going to try it tonight and see what happens. I'll take pictures along the way and maybe I can make a tutorial out of it if it goes well.

Hey DaBubbla, assuming that apparently the TB isn't affected....only the intake itself.

Nisreo, if you decided to do the swap and need an adapter to bolt up your TB, I used the one off of prank parts and it works pretty good. Not as thick so it saves a little room for your intake tube.
