Im a newb.....

Hey everyone, so Im new to the the site and have so many questions. ...I was reffered to this forum from a guy i know, not sure if he is a member on here. Anyways, I dont know where to start. I have a 2003 3.2TL-S. It is fully stock, other than a K&N air filter and aftermarket turn signals, front and rear. Other than that, I want to do whatever I can to it, no matter what. Money isn't a problem, as i am military and save a lot of it. For all of you out there who have done "things" to your TL or TL-S, let me know what I can do. Thanks, any info would be appreciated...

Aftermarket turn signals? Do you mean bulbs or some additional light you installed? Anyhow just read around on here, theres a few threads in the main 2nd gen thread listing that are fairly new that should help you.

Visually, I think 19s, OEM or WW kit, tint, and a drop are the best things exterior wise. The motor is mainly bolt-ons for these cars, but they are pretty quick anyway. Check these sites. www.heeltoeauto.com www.autocarparts.com www.nopionline.com www.modacar.com hell, try ebay! lol.

AEM V2 intake, headers (a few to chose from), custom Magnaflow cat back exhaust, spacers, UR pulley, Tein SS-P coilovers, Eibach front & rear sways, Cusco lower brace, Cusco (or similar) thicker upper strut bar, keep your wheels (don't bother w/ any 19 or 20 balla wheel crap), high performance tires, big brake kit (slotted/cross drilled rotors) w/ EBC Green Stuff pads... OEM kit front & sides, WW rear lip. M3/5 rear deck lip. 20% tint, cool margarita, HID fog conversion w/ 6000k bulbs, 6000k headlight bulbs. Call it a day.

My 19s are really not a whole lot heavier than my stock 17s....I didnt notice a performance loss. I wasn't aware that 19s made me a "balla". hmm. BTW, most big brake kits wont even fit in stock wheels.

Stay away from the DC header. The members on here have had better luck with the XS header, like myself.

Yeah, a Comptech Super is probably going to come last, thanks i'll look into them. And yes, the TL-S is pretty beefy stock, (well, considering that i had a Mitsu Lancer before i bought my TL-S) I
never really knew that you could do so much to a TL-S.....thanks for the advice....
